Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Affiliate WP

Trigger Event

New affiliate approved

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the New affiliate approved event occurs in Affiliate WP.

Connect Your Affiliate WP

Select the Affiliate WP source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger

Add Ninja Tables as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Ninja Tables

Select an Action Event:

• Add Row in Table When “New affiliate approved” occurs in Affiliate WP, use the submitted data to run “Add Row in Table” in Ninja Tables.
• Delete Row in Table When “New affiliate approved” occurs in Affiliate WP, use the submitted data to run “Delete Row in Table” in Ninja Tables.
• Update Row in Table When “New affiliate approved” occurs in Affiliate WP, use the submitted data to run “Update Row in Table” in Ninja Tables.

Description:

This action sends data from Affiliate WP to Ninja Tables and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Affiliate WP Data with Ninja Tables Inputs

Map the available data from Affiliate WP to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Ninja Tables action.

Test and Activate Workflow
