Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Advanced Ads

Trigger Event

Ad Status Changed

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Ad Status Changed event occurs in Advanced Ads.

Connect Your Advanced Ads

Select the Advanced Ads source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The incoming data provided by the trigger

Add Microsoft Excel as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Microsoft Excel

Select an Action Event:

• Create Table When “Ad Status Changed” occurs in Advanced Ads, use the submitted data to run “Create Table” in Microsoft Excel.
• Delete Table When “Ad Status Changed” occurs in Advanced Ads, use the submitted data to run “Delete Table” in Microsoft Excel.
• Get All Worksheets When “Ad Status Changed” occurs in Advanced Ads, use the submitted data to run “Get All Worksheets” in Microsoft Excel.

Description:

This action sends data from Advanced Ads to Microsoft Excel and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Advanced Ads Data with Microsoft Excel Inputs

Map the available data from Advanced Ads to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Microsoft Excel action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Ad Status Changed trigger and verify the selected Microsoft Excel actions:
