Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Advanced Ads

Trigger Event

Ad Status Changed

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Ad Status Changed event occurs in Advanced Ads.

Connect Your Advanced Ads

Select the Advanced Ads source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Events Manager as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Events Manager

Select an Action Event:

• Get All Events When “Ad Status Changed” occurs in Advanced Ads, use the submitted data to run “Get All Events” in Events Manager.
• Cancel User Registration When “Ad Status Changed” occurs in Advanced Ads, use the submitted data to run “Cancel User Registration” in Events Manager.

Description:

This action sends data from Advanced Ads to Events Manager and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Advanced Ads Data with Events Manager Inputs

Map the available data from Advanced Ads to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Events Manager action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Ad Status Changed trigger and verify the selected Events Manager actions:

• Confirm that Get All Events completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Events Manager.
• Confirm that Cancel User Registration completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Events Manager.

Then activate your workflow.
