Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

Advanced Ads

Trigger Event

Ad Status Changed

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Ad Status Changed event occurs in Advanced Ads.

Connect Your Advanced Ads

Select the Advanced Ads source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

Add Bit CRM as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Bit CRM

Select an Action Event:

• Create Lead When “Ad Status Changed” occurs in Advanced Ads, use the submitted data to run “Create Lead” in Bit CRM.
• Update Lead When “Ad Status Changed” occurs in Advanced Ads, use the submitted data to run “Update Lead” in Bit CRM.
• Delete Lead When “Ad Status Changed” occurs in Advanced Ads, use the submitted data to run “Delete Lead” in Bit CRM.

Description:

This action sends data from Advanced Ads to Bit CRM and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map Advanced Ads Data with Bit CRM Inputs

Map the available data from Advanced Ads to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Bit CRM action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Ad Status Changed trigger and verify the selected Bit CRM actions:

• Confirm that Create Lead completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Bit CRM.
• Confirm that Update Lead completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Bit CRM.
• Confirm that Delete Lead completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Bit CRM.
