ActiveCampaign Zoom Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

ActiveCampaign

Trigger Event

Webhook Automation

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Webhook Automation event occurs in ActiveCampaign.

Connect Your ActiveCampaign

Select the ActiveCampaign source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Zoom as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Zoom

Select an Action Event:

• Create A Meeting When “Webhook Automation” occurs in ActiveCampaign, use the submitted data to run “Create A Meeting” in Zoom.
• Get A Meeting When “Webhook Automation” occurs in ActiveCampaign, use the submitted data to run “Get A Meeting” in Zoom.
• Get Many Meetings When “Webhook Automation” occurs in ActiveCampaign, use the submitted data to run “Get Many Meetings” in Zoom.

Description:

This action sends data from ActiveCampaign to Zoom and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map ActiveCampaign Data with Zoom Inputs

Map the available data from ActiveCampaign to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Zoom action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Webhook Automation trigger and verify the selected Zoom actions:

• Confirm that Create A Meeting completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Zoom.
• Confirm that Get A Meeting completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Zoom.
• Confirm that Get Many Meetings completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Zoom.

Then activate your workflow.
