ActiveCampaign WooCommerce Integration with Bit Flows

Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

ActiveCampaign

Trigger Event

Webhook Automation

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Webhook Automation event occurs in ActiveCampaign.

Connect Your ActiveCampaign

Select the ActiveCampaign source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add WooCommerce as an Action

Click:

Add Action → WooCommerce

Select an Action Event:

• Create Order When “Webhook Automation” occurs in ActiveCampaign, use the submitted data to run “Create Order” in WooCommerce.
• Update Order Status When “Webhook Automation” occurs in ActiveCampaign, use the submitted data to run “Update Order Status” in WooCommerce.
• Add Or Update Order Custom Fields (Meta Data) When “Webhook Automation” occurs in ActiveCampaign, use the submitted data to run “Add Or Update Order Custom Fields (Meta Data)” in WooCommerce.

Description:

This action sends data from ActiveCampaign to WooCommerce and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map ActiveCampaign Data with WooCommerce Inputs

Map the available data from ActiveCampaign to the compatible inputs provided by the selected WooCommerce action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Webhook Automation trigger and verify the selected WooCommerce actions:

• Confirm that Create Order completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WooCommerce.
• Confirm that Update Order Status completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WooCommerce.
• Confirm that Add Or Update Order Custom Fields (Meta Data) completes successfully and processes the mapped data in WooCommerce.

Then activate your workflow.
