Create a New Workflow in Bit Flows

Go to:

Bit Flows → Create Workflow → Add Trigger

Select:

Trigger App

ActiveCampaign

Trigger Event

Webhook Automation

Description:

This trigger starts the workflow whenever the Webhook Automation event occurs in ActiveCampaign.

Connect Your ActiveCampaign

Select the ActiveCampaign source you want to automate and complete the connection settings required for the chosen trigger event.

Configure:

• The available source or event settings
• The incoming data provided by the trigger
• Any required connection information

The available options and data depend on the selected platform and trigger event.

Add Salesforce as an Action

Click:

Add Action → Salesforce

Select an Action Event:

• Create Account When “Webhook Automation” occurs in ActiveCampaign, use the submitted data to run “Create Account” in Salesforce.
• Update Account When “Webhook Automation” occurs in ActiveCampaign, use the submitted data to run “Update Account” in Salesforce.
• Get Account Industries When “Webhook Automation” occurs in ActiveCampaign, use the submitted data to run “Get Account Industries” in Salesforce.

Description:

This action sends data from ActiveCampaign to Salesforce and performs the selected supported operation automatically.

Map ActiveCampaign Data with Salesforce Inputs

Map the available data from ActiveCampaign to the compatible inputs provided by the selected Salesforce action.

The exact values and inputs depend on the selected trigger and action events, so only map data exposed by those events.

Test and Activate Workflow

Run the Webhook Automation trigger and verify the selected Salesforce actions:

• Confirm that Create Account completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Salesforce.
• Confirm that Update Account completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Salesforce.
• Confirm that Get Account Industries completes successfully and processes the mapped data in Salesforce.

Then activate your workflow.
