Before we even started developing Bit Flows, we had a clear vision in mind: to build a true alternative to Zapier—without limitations, fully self-hosted, and cost-efficient.
From our experience in the tech industry, we realized that most automation tools come with restrictions—whether it's pricing tiers, usage limits, or dependency on external servers. We wanted to remove these barriers and give users complete freedom to automate anything without worrying about limitations.

The idea for Bit Flows first came to us in 2021, but due to the scale and complexity of the project, development was initially paused after just one month. However, our passion for automation never faded. After reevaluating our approach, we resumed development in 2022 with a stronger vision and a more refined plan.
Over the next three years, we dedicatedly built Bit Flows, refining its architecture and expanding its capabilities. Finally, in January 2025, Bit Flows was ready to be introduced to the world—an automation tool that is truly unlimited, self-hosted, can connect any API and is deeply integrated with WordPress.
